• Cancellations requested within 7 days of project initiation are eligible for a 30% refund, excluding domain and hosting charges.

• No refunds will be processed once design, development, or marketing work has commenced.

• Domain, hosting, or third-party purchases are non-refundable under any circumstances.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, designs, graphics, and code created by Sourav Dey remain our intellectual property until full payment is received.
After full payment, ownership of website files and designs is transferred to the client, excluding third-party resources.

• Clients are responsible for maintaining backups after project handover.
