You may terminate the agreement by providing written notice, subject to payment of any outstanding dues.

We may terminate or suspend services if you breach these Terms or fail to meet payment obligations.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Batanagar, Kolkata – 700140.
